Realtime Claims is a site aimed at people claiming Payment Protection Insurance, a loan system set-up to cover payments if an individual loses their job or falls ill. The FSA indicated that many of these policies were miss-sold and banks now have put aside more than £7bn to deal with customer claims for compensation.
AYO Media has been working with Realtime Claims for the last six months, helping to develop a system that allows the automation of claims processing for the PPI industry.
The new website allows customers to register and monitor a particular PPI claim, keeping them informed on its progress and providing notifications when certain actions are required. This involved developing e-signature technology that allowed custoemrs to quickly sign their documents online.
The system also allows 3rd party organisations to login in monitor applications that they have provided. This provide full reporting capabilities and customer support assistance.
