The individual should have previous experience of developing accessible, cross-browser websites; using the latest XHTML, CSS and JavaScript practices. They should also have a proven track record of producing non-intrusive, AJAX solutions.
Knowledge of rich internet application technologies such as Adobe AIR, Flex and Flash is expected.
