Codeworks is an organisation which promotes innovation through research and development. Founded by Herb Kim in 2004, Codeworks was set up to help the digital community in the North East through innovation and collaboration. It now has over 270 companies in its membership and Herb has been recognised as a key figure promoting UK businesses outside of London when he was recently named in the Guardian and Wired Top 100 most influential people in digital.
As well as Codeworks, Herb is best known for running the Thinking Digital conference and speaking at TED events across the UK.
